Eligibility for Return
Your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@kitsop.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and easy instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We aim for your satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@kitsop.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you're unsure about your item, feel free to reach out to us!

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
For a quicker resolution, simply return the item you’ve purchased and place a new order for the product you want. This ensures you get exactly what you're looking for without delays.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it—no reason required. As with other returns, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
